Tomas Garcia, CEO, received his Bachelor of Science and Technology and a Masters’ in Business Administration. He has over 23 years healthcare IS experience in corporate and non-profit systems. He has previously been CIO in a national radiology services company, including web application development. His expertise includes implementation, integration, large scale PACS and RIS systems, and legacy conversions. His interests are in complex IS integration, innovation, and mobile applications, including workflow efficiencies through Internet of Things (IoT).
